Are there any restrictions to the use of images?
Yes. We want to supply you with high quality images to help you or your client illustrate a point or sell your product. We do not allow you to resell any Krung image. Your purchasing fee is a license, not a transfer of copyright. For example, you need a picture for a postcard you will send to clients, that is ok; if you want to print postcards to sell, that is NOT ok. If you really like one of our skylines and want to print and sell postcards, contact us and we will quote a price.
You cannot use any Krung image with a recognizable model in a way that is humiliating, libelous or damaging to the model. Any questions on this, contact us. Examples include pornographic use, ads or collateral materials for gay rights, AIDS education, drug addiction etc.
What is the resolution / size difference in the three prices?
All images are available at a web res, half page/postcard size (approx 5"x7") and full page ad size (approx 8"x11"). Roughly this is 1.5MB, 10MB and 22MB files. Due to individual proportions, square, rectangle, panoramic, these vary from image to image. Of course, if you purchase a larger one, you can res it down and use it on your web site.
How do I receive my purchases?
After checkout you will be given unique links for each image purchased. Click the link once and your computer will prompt you to save the image.
How long do I have do download the images I have purchased?
After your purchase you will have 30 days to download the images you purchased.
How many times can I download an image?
You can download each image you have purchased 5 times.
I purchased an image a few months ago and have lost it, what can you do for me?
It is your responsibility to back up your work, but....we understand everyone has thrown away something they need and if we've had a good day surfing, we might comp you a new one.
How do you handle refunds?
Due to the nature of downloading digital files, it would be impossible for us to know if an image is used or not. If you are unhappy with the quality of an image or accidently downloaded the wrong image, contact us and we will offer you a credit for another image.
